Overall Design and Safety
Frame Design
Material Selection:
We use aerospace-grade aluminum alloy or high-strength carbon fiber materials, which are not only lightweight but also offer exceptional durability and impact resistance. Aluminum alloy frames have excellent corrosion resistance, making them suitable for various climate conditions, while carbon fiber frames provide superior shock absorption and a modern aesthetic.

Structural Optimization:
The frame geometry is precisely calculated to ensure optimal riding posture and handling stability. Reinforced tube design enhances overall strength and impact resistance.

Comfort:
The frame design incorporates ergonomic principles to provide a more comfortable riding experience, reducing fatigue during rides.

Front and Rear Light Design
Front Light:
High-brightness LED front lights ensure excellent illumination in low-light conditions or at night. The front light design offers a wide beam and soft light, enhancing night-time riding safety without causing glare.

Rear Light:
High-brightness LED rear lights with flashing modes significantly improve visibility in low-light or adverse weather conditions, alerting vehicles and pedestrians behind. The rear light design is sleek and integrates seamlessly with the frame.

Waterproof Design
Overall Waterproofing:
All electronic components and connections are designed with high waterproof standards, ensuring normal operation in rainy or wet conditions. Internal wiring is protected with waterproof sleeves to prevent moisture ingress and circuit failure.

Battery Protection:
The battery pack features a sealed enclosure with an IPX5 waterproof rating, effectively preventing rain and splashing water from entering the battery, ensuring safety and stability.

Connectors and Interfaces:
All electrical connectors and interfaces are waterproof, guaranteeing reliability and durability in various weather conditions.

System Safety Design
Overcurrent and Overcharge Protection
Overcurrent Protection:
Equipped with an intelligent Electronic Control Unit (ECU) that monitors current changes in real-time. If the current exceeds the safety threshold, the system automatically cuts off power or reduces current output to prevent damage to the motor or other electronic components.

Overcharge Protection:
The Battery Management System (BMS) has an overcharge protection function that stops charging when the battery is full, preventing damage or aging due to overcharging, thereby extending battery life.

Battery Explosion Protection
High-Quality Battery Materials:
We use high-quality lithium battery materials that have passed rigorous safety tests, ensuring no explosion or fire occurs under extreme conditions.

Multi-Layer Protection Design:
The battery pack incorporates multi-layer protection, including explosion-proof membranes, insulation layers, and protective shells, effectively preventing short circuits or external impacts from causing safety incidents.

Pressure Release Valve:
The battery pack is equipped with a pressure release valve that automatically releases pressure when internal pressure is too high, preventing explosions due to overpressure.

Short Circuit Protection
Intelligent Detection:
The BMS and ECU monitor the circuit status in real-time. If a short circuit is detected, the system immediately cuts off power to prevent damage to the battery and motor.

Multi-Layer Protection Circuit:
Multiple protection circuits in the battery pack and control circuit ensure that even in the event of an accidental short circuit, key components are protected, preventing accidents.

Overheat Protection
Temperature Monitoring:
Temperature sensors in the battery pack and ECU monitor operating temperatures in real-time. If the temperature exceeds the safe range, the system adjusts power output or shuts down to prevent safety hazards due to overheating.

Efficient Cooling Design:
The motor and battery pack are equipped with efficient cooling systems, including heat sinks and fans, ensuring suitable operating temperatures under high loads or prolonged use.

Overheat Alarm:
If the temperature exceeds the set threshold, the system alerts the user via the display or warning lights, prompting timely measures to prevent further heating.
Stability Design
Shock Absorption System
Front Fork Shock Absorption:
High-performance front fork shock absorbers effectively absorb road impacts and vibrations, ensuring good grip and stability on various terrains. The adjustable front fork design allows for optimal shock absorption based on different riding needs.

Rear Shock Absorption System:
Professional shock absorbers on the rear wheel further enhance overall shock absorption capability. Whether on urban roads or rugged mountain trails, the rear shock absorption system reduces bumps, improving riding comfort and stability.

Handlebar and Seat Adjustments
Handlebar Adjustment:
Adjustable handlebar height and angle accommodate users of different heights and riding preferences. Simple adjustments ensure the most comfortable grip position, reducing fatigue during long rides.

Seat Adjustment:
Ergonomically designed seats support height and fore-aft adjustments. Whether for short rides or long journeys, seat adjustments allow for the most suitable riding posture, ensuring comfort and stability.

Center of Gravity Design
Center of Gravity Optimization:
The overall design focuses on the rational distribution of the center of gravity, ensuring balance during riding. The layout of the battery, controller, and motor is precisely calculated, positioning the center of gravity closer to the vehicle center, enhancing overall stability.

Low Center of Gravity Design:
Lowering the center of gravity design ensures stability during acceleration, deceleration, and turns, reducing the risk of tipping and losing control.

Riding Balance
Frame Geometry Design:
The frame's geometric design is meticulously calculated for optimal riding balance under various conditions. The structure provides excellent handling and stability.

Tire Selection:
High-performance tires with excellent grip and wear resistance adapt to different road conditions. Wide tire designs enhance comfort and stability.

Riding Modes:
The intelligent control system offers multiple riding modes, including Eco, Standard, and Sport modes. Users can select the appropriate mode based on their needs, further enhancing riding balance and stability.


Internal Quality Control Standards
Incoming Quality Control
At the start of production, we rigorously test and evaluate each batch of raw materials using advanced instruments to ensure they meet design requirements and quality standards. Only materials that pass these tests enter the production process.
In-Process Quality Control
During assembly, we implement multi-layered quality control measures, including:
- Component Inspection: Each component is inspected before assembly to ensure no defects or damage.
- Assembly Process: Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure each step meets quality requirements.
- Process Monitoring: Introducing process monitoring systems to monitor and record key assembly parameters in real-time, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Final Quality Control
After assembly, each vehicle undergoes strict final quality control:
- 165+ Inspections: Covering all aspects of the vehicle, including mechanical structure, electronic systems, and safety devices, ensuring every part meets predetermined standards.
- Riding Tests: Conducting real riding simulation tests, including different road conditions and environments, particularly hill climbing scenarios. These tests verify the vehicle's performance and stability under various conditions.

Self-Developed Testing Facilities
To ensure product reliability and durability under extreme conditions, we have developed self-testing facilities for ramp tests at different angles. These facilities simulate various challenges during real rides, ensuring each vehicle performs excellently in outdoor environments.

Rust Prevention Design
Our electric bicycles incorporate advanced rust prevention design to ensure excellent performance and appearance in various climatic conditions:

Material Selection: The frame and key components are made from high strength aerospace aluminum alloy and stainless steel, which are not only lightweight but also offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Surface Treatment: The frame and metal components undergo anodizing and high quality rustproof coating, effectively preventing rust and corrosion.

Durability of Key Components
In the design and manufacturing process, we pay special attention to the durability of key components, including the motor, battery, and transmission system.

Motor
High Quality Motors: We use high efficiency brushless DC motors (BLDC), which are not only efficient and quiet but also require minimal maintenance and have a long service life.
Durability Testing: Each motor undergoes rigorous durability testing before assembly to ensure stable operation in various environments.

Battery
High Quality Lithium Batteries: Our battery systems use high quality lithium batteries, which offer higher energy density and longer charge discharge cycles. Compared to traditional batteries, lithium batteries are lighter and more durable.
Intelligent Battery Management System (BMS): The integrated BMS provides overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, and overheat protection, extending the battery’s service life and ensuring safety under various usage conditions.


Durability of Key Components
Transmission System
High Performance Gear Systems: We use high performance gear systems from well known brands (e.g., Shimano), providing precise shifting and outstanding durability.

Chains and Belt Drives: Chains are made from high strength alloy materials and are specially treated to enhance wear resistance and tensile strength. Belt drives use high strength synchronous belts, which operate more quietly and require no lubrication, offering greater durability.

Gear Systems: Precisely machined gear systems ensure efficient power transmission, reducing power loss and noise while providing a longer service life.
